Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you would like to get our laundry service automatically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, the cost is $2.00/lb. If you would just like to use our service on an as needed basis, the cost is $2.10/lb.
There is a $45 minimum order.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day. If you have a Friday pickup, your clothes will be returned on Monday.
Scheduling a pickup is quick and easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not! When you place your order, put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so they know where to find it. Make sure the location is secure. Some people leave it out of sight on their front porch, the back porch, or in an unlocked garage.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know there if you have any special instructions about how you would like your laundry done.
No, you don't. We never have you sign a contract so you can cancel at any time. We are confident that you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We suggest using a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you go out of town you can log into your account and suspend your laundry service until you return.
